The Horror Dome ships to all locations worldwide! We ship via UPS and Fedex in the United States from our Houston, TX warehouse - please add your requested items to your cart and proceed to the check out page for a shipping quote. We use accurate live UPS and Fedex rates for all shipments based on product weights and the dimensions of our shipping boxes. Orders over 150lbs will ship via Freight.

We normally start processing your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends) unless it’s a custom-made item that needs to be crafted just for you. Once your order is processed and ready to haunt its way to you, the shipping times depend on the method you select:

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally using UPS and FedEx from our Houston, TX warehouse.
  • Shipping Costs: Add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout for a shipping quote. Shipping costs are based on live rates, product weight, and box dimensions. Orders over 150 lbs will ship via Freight.

  Shipping Times:

  • Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days (not guaranteed).
  • 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days.
  • Next Day Air: Guaranteed delivery in 1 business day.
  • International Orders: Typically 4-13 business days, though customs may cause delays.

  Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information to follow its spooky journey to your doorstep.
